Katie Mucci, CoSIDA’s At-Large Representative and Assistant Commissioner for New Media and Technology at the Missouri Valley Conference, discusses the difficulty of navigating an athletics communications office during the pandemic, changes the industry needs to make, and more. Mucci was the 2021 CoSIDA Rising Star Award winner in the University Division and also received the President's Award in 2020 for her prior service leading the New Media Committee.
